2. How Purchasing Works
Synchronicity-4U.com operates as a catalog-based ordering system, not a traditional instant-checkout store. Here is how the process works:
- Browse the Catalog — Find the item or items you are interested in purchasing.
- Submit an Interest Form — On each product page, click the tab next to the Description tab and complete the interest form to indicate your intent to purchase.
- We Will Contact You — Within 24 hours of receiving your form, a Synchronicity-4U representative will reach out to you by phone or email, based on your stated preference.
- Receive Your Total — We will provide you with a complete price that includes the item price, applicable shipping costs based on your preferred shipping method, and sales tax where applicable.
- Confirm and Pay — Once you confirm the total and complete payment, your order will be finalized.
- Your Order Ships — Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped using your requested shipping method. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected.
No purchase is final, and no payment is due, until you have received and agreed to your complete order total from Synchronicity-4U.
3. Products
Handmade & the Majority are One-of-a-Kind All items are handcrafted individually by the artist. As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, bead placement, or finish may exist between the photographed item and the item received. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Accurate Representation We make every effort to photograph items accurately and describe them thoroughly. Colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.
Availability All items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order in which interest forms are received. Submitting an interest form does not reserve or guarantee an item. In the event that an item is no longer available when your form is received, we will notify you promptly.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on the site are base item prices listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax.
- Your final order total — including item price, shipping, and applicable taxes — will be provided to you by a Synchronicity-4U representative before any payment is collected.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, though the price quoted to you at the time of your confirmed order will be honored.
- Payment is required in full prior to shipment.
- Synchronicity-4U does not store your payment information.
5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
An order is not considered confirmed until you have received your complete order total from Synchronicity-4U and payment has been made in full. Prior to that point, you may withdraw your interest at any time with no obligation.

6. Shipping
- Items will be shipped to the address you provide. Please ensure your address is accurate. Synchronicity-4U is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Shipping method and cost will be determined during the order confirmation process and included in your quoted total.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Synchronicity-4U.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee / Returns
All sales are subject to our Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee, which is limited in scope. Please review the full policy before purchasing. In summary:
- You have 5 days from the date of delivery to report a concern about design or workmanship.
- Clear photos of the item are required with all claims.
- Items must be unused and unworn to be eligible.
- Valid claims are resolved with a store credit equal to the purchase price.
- No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- Damage resulting from use, wear, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
8. Care Instructions
Each product listing includes a Care Instructions specific to that item. Because our pieces are made with natural and delicate materials — including beads, shells, dentalium, feathers, wire work, and semi-precious stones — proper care is essential to the longevity of your piece. Failure to follow care instructions voids any eligibility under our Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee.

All content on this website — including but not limited to product photos, written descriptions, cultural narratives, logos, and artwork — is the intellectual property of Synchronicity-4U.
